PSP started as a reseller, selling U.S. software and hardware localized for Japanese markets. In 1993, the company expanded and changed direction, focusing on marketing Japanese language products into the U.S. market. By 1996, the company had developed Internet server applications (ASP) and offered Email, Web site hosting services. By 2008, PSP had grown to host over 38,000 domains.
